Meet Jess

Hi, I'm Jess.

For over 20 years, hairdressing has been more than just my career—it's been my passion. I began my journey as an apprentice with Toni & Guy, where I had the opportunity to train and work in some incredible salons across Bath, Salisbury and Guernsey. Those early years gave me an exceptional foundation in technical excellence, creativity and the importance of creating an experience that clients genuinely enjoy.

After years of building my skills, I took the leap and opened my own salon in Bath, which I proudly ran for six wonderful years. It was an experience that shaped me both professionally and personally. I made the jump and moved to Frome, I saw it as the perfect opportunity for a fresh start—creating a business that truly reflects who I am today. One centred around calm, luxury, personal connection and beautifully bespoke hair.

Today, I work exclusively one-to-one from my industrial loft studio, giving every client my complete attention from start to finish. Whether you're visiting for a lived-in blonde, seamless grey blending, a colour correction or simply a haircut that makes you feel like yourself again, my goal is always the same: to create hair you'll love long after you've left the chair.

When I'm not behind the chair, life revolves around my family. I live in Somerset with my partner, Josh, and our daughter, Blossom, who keeps us smiling and on our toes. Outside of hairdressing you'll usually find me tending to my vegetable patch, heading out for a run, tackling a mountain, or challenging myself with a CrossFit workout. Staying active and spending time outdoors helps me switch off, recharge and bring fresh energy back into the salon.

I believe the best hair appointments are built on trust, honesty and genuine connection. My aim is for every client to leave not only loving their hair, but feeling relaxed, listened to and completely looked after.
